Damian discovered that as long as they showed up for the beginning of the lesson, he and Sam had the rest of the free to get accustomed to the school and to each other, meaning they had an hour to themselves. Damian could hardly believe it. Having only known Sam for perhaps two hours, he was already strangely protective of him.
After a Maths double period lesson, and then a Design and Technology lesson, usually shortened to DT, (Damian knew he would hate this subject) it was lunch, and Damian was surprised to find he was hungrier then he usually was.
